Since launching Hovee & Co. in 2015, Meghan has grown the firm from a solo practice into a thriving team of more than ten professionals, serving as outsourced CFOs for businesses ranging from startups to $10M+ enterprises. The firm integrates tax, accounting, and advisory services into one relational partnership, empowering business owners to make strategic decisions with clarity and confidence. Along the way, Meghan has personally advised over 100 business leaders on finance, growth, hiring, systems, and leadership, earning her recognition as a Vistage Impact Award winner and invitations to speak at national and regional events.

A graduate of Rockhurst University with a BSBA in Accounting, Meghan began her career at Deloitte before realizing her true calling: equipping everyday business owners with the tools, confidence, and strategies they need to realize their dreams. Her journey from Big 4 accounting to entrepreneurial leader reflects her core belief that business growth is inseparable from personal growth. This conviction has shaped her career and fueled her passion for championing clients beyond the numbers.
